Active Theory is an interactive studio specializing in web and interaction design. They maintain a reputation as one of the most creative interaction studios in the business. My role is to create a website that captures their
experimental spirit.
To drive their spirit of trying new methods, I start building the website with a lets-try-and-see mindset. It changes the way I approach design as I arrive at many unexpected results. In the end, the website is an interactive work with looping animations, made possible by code, graphics, and animation. I learned a lot about code, Lottie files, and web design in general.
